Shit. I did it again. I let my animalistic nature take over my mind. I haven’t fucked Kitty yet, but what I have done is just as appalling.

And yet. I can’t stop relishing her sweet taste on my lips. I don’t even want to rinse my mouth like I usually do before bedtime. I want to keep remembering her for the rest of the night.

Before I climb into bed, I see my laptop on my desk and open it to check my personal email account.

There’re too many junk emails. I delete most of them without opening them. One of them with a sender named Talk to Cay catches my eye, though, and I retrieve it from the trash bin.

“Having trouble with your love relationship? Not sure how to confess to her? Is he cheating on you? Maybe it’s time to move on? Call Cay! She has the answers! Testimonials…”

I consider. The name of the website sounds vaguely familiar. I swear I’ve heard about it before. Is it one of the family therapists I know? I check the website, which doesn’t look professional at all. What’s written on the blog further proves Cay is just an amateur fooling around. She sounds very young, although some of her insights are worth reading, and her optimism is quite contagious. “Don’t be afraid to tell your partner what you want, and don’t hesitate to give them what they want.” Hmm. I like that. I look through the testimonials out of curiosity. Needless to say, they’re all good comments selected by the owner of the business, Cay.

“My boyfriend came back to me. Thank you, Cay!”

“I’ve been married to my wife for twenty years, and our sex life became less exciting in the past few years. I asked Cay for help and she offered me some amazing advice. I’m making my wife happy again. This girl knows what she’s doing. Give her a try!”

“I fell in love with my sister’s best friend and didn’t know what to do about it. Cay pointed me in the right direction. We’re getting married now!”

Sounds too rosy to be true. I decide this Cay is a charlatan and not trustworthy. This time, I delete the email without a second thought and empty the trash bin.

And then, I turn off the light and go to bed. Tomorrow I’ll take Kitty to the Getty as I promised. As much as I don’t trust myself to be near her, I have to fulfill a host’s duty. I toss and turn for a while, and then I replay what Kitty did to me a moment ago until I fall into oblivion.
